EXPRESS ENTRY JOB BANK

In Canada, an express entry job bank is created by employment & social media development. It is an online job site to fulfil the needs of Canadian employers and Express Entry Applicants.

It allows candidates to view the type of jobs, set up online alerts, and apply for jobs. Canadian employers can get profiles and hire express-entry candidates if they need help finding a Canadian Candidate. They have met all the conditions for using an LMIA (Labor Market Impact Assessment).

Two options for opening an account for Job-seeker are :

Standard Account: Candidates can open their account with the help of their email id and can access various options like uploading a resume, creating job alerts, and searching and customising jobs based on the strength of their profile.

Steps you need to open a bank account for a job to work in Canada through express entry :

Step 1. Go to Job Bank for Job Seekers and click on “Sign up now!”.

Step 2. Click on “Standard account”.

STEP 3. Read the Privacy Statement and Terms of Use. Click on “I agree”.

Step 4. Enter your email address and create a password. Click on “Continue”.

Step 5. Enter the confirmation code sent to your email. Click on “Continue”.

Step 6. Select and answer five security questions. Click on “Finish”.

Plus Account: Candidates can open their account with the help of their email id plus their social insurance number or express entry profile number. They can access all the options of Standard Account plus some more facilities like getting an invitation from employers, submitting their profile directly to employers, etc.

How do you create a plus user account & what do you need to open that?

You can only create a Plus user account as a foreign job seeker if you have your Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code. With a Plus account, job candidates can register for Job Match to be matched with jobs based on their skill set and qualifications.

Suppose you are not an Express Entry candidate. You can apply for the Express Entry program through Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). Once you successfully submit your Express Entry profile, you will receive a letter in your IRCC account containing your Express Entry credentials.

If you have submitted your profile into the express entry job pool and waiting for an invitation to apply, you can open your Express Entry Job Bank account and access to search jobs over there.
