Offer Letter

An offer letter is a letter of acceptance issued by the University or College where you have applied for admission in respect of study abroad. In response to your application and documents, the University or College will give you either a Conditional or Unconditional form of Letter inviting you to move forward and contact them to complete admission formalities.

Two types of Offer Letters

An Unconditional form of the letter is usually treated as a Confirmed Admission Letter subject to the deposit of the Tuition Fee before the due date mentioned in the Offer Letter.

A conditional form of a Letter is an acceptance in principle but is subject to fulfilling specific requirements mentioned in the Letter. For example, Offer Letter can state that it is valid on achieving a minimum IELTS/TOEFL score where the candidate still appears, or the result is awaited. Various Universities and colleges make these offers in case applicants await academic results.

It plays a vital role in your admission to an international university & college because it acts as a  first step toward your journey abroad. Also, it is an essential document in the visa application process. It shows that your objective to go overseas is genuine, likewise in the case of a student visa offer letter from a university or college.
