Traveling Requirements:
This part of the Pre-departure checklist is most important to successfully fly, conduct immigration check-ins, board, and proceed with post-departure formalities during a stay in a foreign country.
- Original Passport with stamping
- Foreign Currency cards

Carry Certificates and Documents:
Certificates & documents are essential during your stay for study abroad, jobs, career growth, and permanent residence (PR).
- Academic documents starting from Secondary School Education.
- Experience related documents where applicable
- Hard / Soft copies, details of information submitted, documents filed for study visa applications or permanent residence (PR) including passwords and security questions
- Hard / Soft copies, details of information submitted, and documents filed during applications to college and University including passwords and security questions.
Financial Instruments and Documents:
As you go you will need cash, cards, and other financial requirements of that country for this we create a checklist of financial documents :
- Currency of home country for use before departure and after landing while returning to own nation.
- Foreign Currency of destination country in cash as planned.
- Foreign Currency for transit country – US$ can be accepted everywhere
- Credit Card / Debit Card charged with Foreign Currency.
- GIC and other proofs of the amount deposited in the destination country applicable to students going for study visas in Canada.
- Other proof of funds applicable to the cases of a student visa, permanent residence (PR), or work permits.
Mobile & Other Electronic Gadgets:
- Mobile Phone, charger, headphones, and other connecting devices.
- Laptop, iPads, tablets, charger, headphones, and other connecting devices.
- USB Cables and supporting equipment used in the destination country.
- Power bank and adapters
- Pen drive, hard drives, MP3 players, etc., per your requirements.
First Aid and Medicines:
You should carry a reasonable quantity of all the necessary and general medicines for cold, fever, body pain, gastric, indigestion, allergy, vomiting, etc. In the new country, it might not be possible to find the same brands. In the countries like Canada, USA, Australia, UK, the prices of medicines can be higher than in your nation. Here is a list of common medications:
